Mr. Abubakar Saddique, ACA

Chief Executive Officer

  • A Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience, Abubakar has managed complex financial ecosystems for global investment firms and high-growth startups. His career is defined by technical precision in IFRS reporting, Real Estate Fund operations, and international tax compliance.

  • After tenures at PwC, BDO, Valuable Capital Group Limited (Sahm Capital Financial Company – a Saudi based subsidiary) and Apex Group, Abubakar founded Nordic Talous Oy to translate executive-level expertise into agile, high-impact advisory services. Currently as a CFA candidate, he specializes in optimizing capital structures and developing investment strategies that drive long-term value across diverse industries—from Private Equity to Healthcare

Mr. Bilal Ahmed

Chief Operating Officer

  • Based at the Service Delivery Center (SDC)
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
  • Completed four years of structured accountancy training in accordance with professional institute requirements
  • 16 years of professional experience in accountancy
  • Broad experience across multiple sectors, including brokerage, media, manufacturing, retail, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, education, and hospitality

  • Fund Operations: Expert oversight of RE Fund structures, including advanced modeling for income, cash flows, and NAV
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:  Expert in establishing financial reporting and analysis functions for start ups
  • Tax & Compliance: Comprehensive strategy covering Income Tax, VAT, and International Transfer Pricing.
  • Industry Breadth: Deep experience in Private Equity, Real Estate, Retail, Petrochemicals, Hospitality, and Manufacturing.
  • Systems: Digital-first approach using Procountor and enterprise-grade ERP systems.

Operations Team

Operations team members have a mix of qualifications from Masters in business administration to accountancy and commerce. All of them have experience ranges from 5 to 6 years in serving clients from diversified sectors.
