Financial Literacy & Empowerment

We believe that financial literacy is a fundamental right for everyone, therefore, we are planning following measures;

The Mentorship Initiative: We are planning to dedicate 40 hours annually to financial workshops for local non-profits and underrepresented entrepreneurs. This will not only help them to develop an in depth understanding of financial statements but to plan for future expansion as well.

Empowering Small Business: We are planning to offer subsidized services for startups focused on social and environmental impact, helping them scale responsibly.

Ethical Governance & Transparency: As guardians of financial data, we strictly adhere to the highest global ethical standards, ensuring our clients and partners operate with total transparency.

Volunteering: At Nordic Talous Oy, our employees will devote around 30 working hours annually for volunteering activities that will include providing guidance services to fresh graduates, helping local workforce in refining resume and practicing interviews, arranging park cleanups, tree plantation and helping with packages of meals for seniors etc. 

Sustainable Practice: Accounting may be a service industry, but we recognize our environmental footprint. Our priority is to have 100% paper free work both at front office as well as at our service delivery center (SDC).
